Contracts Law -Commercial Law
We assist clients in the negotiation and drafting of all types of contracts such as non-disclosure agreements, subcontracting and manufacturing agreements, services agreements, supply contracts, procurement contracts, purchase agreements, sale or purchase agency agreements (sales agents, commission agents, brokers), distribution contracts, etc.

We provide advice to clients in setting up, restructuring and monitoring physical or on-line distribution networks (choice of contractual status, multiple networks, market-place research, etc.) and in negotiating sales and pricing policies (general and special terms and conditions, master distribution agreements, sole distributor agreements). We represent clients in civil and commercial courts with regard to civil and commercial disputes (court-ordered contract termination, termination of business relationships, breach of contract, product warranties, product liability, etc.).

Competition Law
We advise clients on competition law compliance issues, in particular with regard mergers, abuse of dominant position, concerted practices, restrictive practices, cooperation agreements and we provide dispute resolution services in this area (unfair competition, discriminatory practices, anticompetitive practices).

Consumer Law
We provide assistance to clients in setting up and validating marketing, promotional and advertising operations (premium offers, bundling, lotteries, games, prize competitions, deceptive trade practices, comparative advertising, etc.), and in drawing up documentation and monitoring compliance with competition law (general terms and conditions, unfair terms, distance selling, product labelling, doorstep selling, product regulations, consumer credit, etc.).
