We assist clients in the negotiation and drafting of all types of contracts such as non-disclosure agreements, subcontracting and manufacturing agreements, services agreements, supply contracts, procurement contracts, purchase agreements, sale or purchase agency agreements (sales agents, commission agents, brokers), distribution contracts, etc.
We provide advice to clients in setting up, restructuring and monitoring physical or on-line distribution networks (choice of contractual status, multiple networks, market-place research, etc.) and in negotiating sales and pricing policies (general and special terms and conditions, master distribution agreements, sole distributor agreements).
