LA BRUYERE assists companies in their daily business operations (corporate housekeeping) as well as in the scope of special operations such as restructuring, acquisition or disposal.

Corporate
We advise clients with regard to their day-to-day corporate operations, including the creation, change of legal form or dissolution of an entity, equity-related transactions, restructuring operations and fund-raising operations.

We assist clients on a daily basis in the management of their company. In particular, we draft all legally required corporate documents (minutes of general meetings, negotiation and drafting of shareholders' agreements, etc.) and we provide record-keeping services (share transfer registers, etc.).

M&A
We provide assistance to our clients in the scope of the acquisition and disposal of assets and majority/minority interests, business transfers and joint ventures between companies through an exchange of shares (mergers, share contributions, etc.).
